ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver Microsoft Infrastructure solutions such as SSCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Security Solutions
Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management on above technologies
Develop Technical documents, Technical Proposals and Presentations
Understand customer’s needs and articulate technologies as per the customer requirement
Develop current and future state assessments/designs that address business requirements and best practices
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
MCSA, MCSE
3 years’ experience in similar capacity
Strong knowledge and experience with SCCM, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Knowledge on Microsoft Security Solutions will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of network protocols services and network infrastructures
Sound technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations
Knowledge on RDS & ADFS technologies will be a value addition
Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Strong English communication skills in both verbal and written
