Senior Business Intelligence Engineer 

Main duty is to convert raw data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making through meaningful insights through interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports for users at strategic, executive, and managerial levels. Should be proficient to work on a wide number of tasks including analyzing datasets, building data models, creating dashboards, building reports, and complete administration of the Power BI tool.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
  • Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
  • Identify/Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives
  • Define and design ETL processes
  • Connecting different data sources (API, DBs, File, RSS Feeds, Etc.)
  • Querying optimization for optimum performance
  • Implementing row-level security
  • Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing BI
  • Create Technical specifications and project timelines/estimates

Skill / Experience

  • System design and implementation System design and implementation of Teams Calling Architecture,
  • Previous knowledge in Analog/SIP gateways as well as emerging technologies.
  • Previous Experience in Managing IP PBX System.
  • VoIP/SIP/PSTN Technologies in Secure networks, and Wireless networks.
  • Minimum of five (1.5) years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior work in a technical support / help desk environment a plus.
  • Experience with deployment and maintenance of SIP trunks, voice PRI or have managed Cisco CUBE, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Lync or Cisco Unity.
  • Ability to architect Teams Calling Solutions.
  • Knowledge on administrating Linux and Windows Systems in relation to Calling.
  • Knowledge in C#, Rest API and Asterisk will be added advantage.
