Thank you for choosing ZILLIONe for your business intelligence needs. By accessing and using the Power BI Dashboards offered by ZILLIONe, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.   

  1. Acceptance of Terms
     By accessing and using the Power BI Dashboards provided by ZILLIONe, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Dashboards.
  1. User Eligibility
     You must possess a valid Power BI Pro license to access and use the Dashboards. Access is restricted to users with an active Power BI Pro subscription, Microsoft 365 E5 license, or Dynamics 365 license, as they include the Power BI Pro license.
  1. Data Collection and Functionality
     ZILLIONe has no direct relationship with the data collected through the Power BI Dashboards, which is solely for functionality purposes, including updating, securing, troubleshooting, and providing support. Microsoft, the provider of the Power BI platform, also collects and processes user data. Users have control over their data through Microsoft tools.
  1. Licenses Provided by Your Organization
     If users access ZILLIONe’s Power BI Dashboards through an account provided by their organization, the organization has the authority to control and administer access.
  1. Entertainment and Related Services
     These terms specifically relate to the use of Power BI Dashboards provided by ZILLIONe and do not extend to entertainment and related services.
  1. Amendments and Updates
     ZILLIONe reserves the right to update or amend these terms of use. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Power BI Dashboards constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
