Job Responsibilities
- Should be able to work with the customer and gather requirements in detail.
- Develop on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform.
- Clear documentation capabilities as per the industry-specific standards.
- Effectively participate in planning and implementation.
- Do R & D on new Microsoft technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in CRM practices / Sale Force systems/ Complain Management Systems.
- Experience with C#, .NET and JavaScript.
- Experience with the WEB API, web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
