You are expected to:
- Co-ordination of Communication Activities and Promotion of products on social media/campaigns.
- Supports the liaison between the product teams on getting information and converting to marketing messages.
- Technical writing knowledge and experience (IT Writing preferred)
- Candidate should be creative, flexible, and adaptable.
- Understanding the different target audiences and determine the needs of target audience & draft documentation accordingly.
- Editing material prepared by other writers or team members to maintain the level of standards in user education content.
- Ability to work under tight-deadlines and capability of executing campaigns with less supervision is highly regarded.
EDUCATION
- Degree/Professional qualification in Marketing (CIM Level 2 equivalent)
