ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for delivering ERP and custom software implementation project activities and post implementation activities in local and overseas markets.
- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction in all tasks assigned and actively contribute to achieve team targets
- Strictly adhering to set processes and standards of the company
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Management / IT, partly or fully qualified on CIMA/ACCA or related professional qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in ERP
- Hands on experience in Sage 300 ERP / ERP advisory would definitely be advantageous
- Passionate in project implementation and Customer Service
- Good presentation & communication skills with an excellent command in both written and spoken English
