KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver post deployment support for SAGE 300 ERP and custom developed softwares. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute in achieving team targets.
- Adhering to the set processes and standards as per the company policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Management/IT or fully/partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in ERP.
- Prior experience in IT project implementation and post implementation support. Hands on experience in SAGE 300 ERP/ ERP advisory would be an added advantage. Passionate in customer service and project implementation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
