Key Responsibilities
- Deliver post deployment support for SAGE 300 ERP and custom developed softwares.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute in achieving team targets.
- Adhering to the set processes and standards as per the company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Management / IT or fully / partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA
- Minimum 1 to 2 years, experience in ERP.
- Prior experience in IT project implementation and post implementation support.
- Hands on experience in SAGE 300 ERP /ERP advisory would be an added advantage.
- Passionate in customer service and project implementation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
