- Achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction in all post-implementation services
delivered. - Revenue targets assigned on services are achieved.
- Effectively, efficiently, and professionally managed Customer Service processes.
- Continuously improved knowledge in assigned products and solutions, and enhanced competencies in technical skills related to customer service management and business processes.
Required Skills and Education
- Degree in Management/IT or Partly/Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP
- Experience in IT Project implementation and post-implementation support
- Experience in dealing with clients and end-users.
- Basic ERP software product knowledge (SAGE 300) and the ability to explain it to users in a lucid manner.
- Must be a dynamic and enterprising achiever who welcomes the opportunity to grow with the company
- Experience in similar roles and related industries would be advantageous.
