    delivered.
  2. Revenue targets assigned on services are achieved.
  3. Effectively, efficiently, and professionally managed Customer Service processes.
  4. Continuously improved knowledge in assigned products and solutions, and enhanced competencies in technical skills related to customer service management and business processes.

Required Skills and Education

  1. Degree in Management/IT or Partly/Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP
  3. Experience in IT Project implementation and post-implementation support
  4. Experience in dealing with clients and end-users.
  5. Basic ERP software product knowledge (SAGE 300) and the ability to explain it to users in a lucid manner.
  6. Must be a dynamic and enterprising achiever who welcomes the opportunity to grow with the company
  7. Experience in similar roles and related industries would be advantageous.
