Responsibilities
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to the HR activities given
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update the database
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR intern/ HR Assistant would be an added advantage
- Fully or Partly qualified in an HR degree
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Strong communications skills
- Team player
