Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to the HR activities given
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update the database

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR intern/ HR Assistant would be an added advantage
  • Fully or Partly qualified in an HR degree
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong communications skills
  • Team player
