To access and use the Power BI Dashboards provided by ZILLIONe, users must possess a valid Power BI Pro license. Access to the dashboards is restricted to users with an active Power BI Pro subscription. The dashboards can also be accessed with a Microsoft 365 E5 license or a Dynamics 365 license, as they include the Power BI Pro license.

  1. Data Collection and Functionality:

Data Collection for Functionality: ZILLIONe has no direct relationship with the data collected through the Power BI Dashboards. Data collection is solely for the purpose of the functionality of the Power BI Dashboards, including updating, securing, troubleshooting, and providing support.

Microsoft’s Data Collection: Microsoft, the provider of the Power BI platform, collects and processes user data for product improvement, personalization, advertising, and legal compliance. Users have control over their data through Microsoft tool. Microsoft’s privacy statement emphasizes transparency and user control.

  1. Licenses Provided by Your Organization:

If users access ZILLIONe’s Power BI Dashboards through an account provided by their organization, the organization has the authority to control and administer the access.

  1. Entertainment and Related Services:

These terms specifically relate to the use of Power BI Dashboards provided by ZILLIONe and do not extend to entertainment and related services.

  1. Amendments and Updates:

ZILLIONe reserves the right to update or amend these terms of use. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Power BI Dashboards constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
