Senior Business Analyst – ERP
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate process discussions with customer and ZILLIONe Consultants and Project Management teams.
- Conduct discovery diligence, project analysis, and scope of work creation.
- Follow established implementation standards and service delivery requirements.
- Installation, Configuration, Conduct UAT and Trainings, Reports Customizations, and other related implementation consultants’ functions.
- Develop and/or maintain all project documentation and client reporting.
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field of study.
- Strong knowledge of accounting process, business processes including operations and financials.
- Minimum 2 years of ERP application installation and configuration experience – Sage 300, Sage X3, SAP ByDesign, Infor, IFS, Oracle EBS, SAP, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, Acumatica
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; SQL Server relational database concepts, Crystal Reports, Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools.
