Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage CRM data, and prepare sales reports
  • Enhance sales documentation, proposals, and presentations using Generative AI tools
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Support pipeline management and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members using AI-powered resources
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align on sales strategies
  • Organize and coordinate sales events, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of promotional materials and sales tools


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their business applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
