Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage CRM data, and prepare sales reports
- Enhance sales documentation, proposals, and presentations using Generative AI tools
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Support pipeline management and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members using AI-powered resources
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align on sales strategies
- Organize and coordinate sales events, meetings, and travel logistics
- Oversee inventory and procurement of promotional materials and sales tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their business applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
