Responsibilities

  • Working with customer in developing and assisting them in Microsoft digital transformation journey.
  • Involving in planning the best practices and setting solution standards and procedures and technical direction.
  • Planning of the technical direction of the team members and ensuring all requirements on learning and vendor certifications are achieved.
  • Deciding the time frame of the solution deployment and resource requirements based on the complexity.
  • Understanding unique technical requirements specific to client implementations and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Actively participating in presale activities to showcase best possible technical solutions that satisfies client requirements.
  • Ensuring assigned projects as per the agreed project milestones within the predefined standards, scope, and timeframes by optimum resource utilization.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology/Computing.
  • Hold professional certification related to Microsoft Technology Stack.
  • Hands on experience on windows client and server infrastructure.
  • Experience in team management, work assignment and setting goals and objectives.
  • Industry experience preferably 5 years.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux knowledge, networking, virtualization and more.
  • In depth knowledge and experience in Azure Implementation and management, 0365 implementation & management, exchange serve, active directory server, SharePoint server.
