TAS is a comprehensive time and attendance management system developed by ZILLIONe. With TAS you can capture employee in-out time using finger print devices and then store and process records to calculate salary payments.
Users can define available shifts (General shifts, Flexi shifts, Split shifts) according to the company calendar. TAS can also handle overtime processes for employees by defining employee shifts within the system.
Company and public holidays can also be set within the system. Leave management functions are also available so that users can track and analyse employee leave balances based on the number of days taken on leave, with net leave balances being calculate automatically within the system. TAS overall improves operational efficiency in handling attendance information reducing the work burden for HR staff.
